Prelimininary Task

In my group I was acting as Lord Sugar in an episode of the Apprentice.

I learnt about the 180 degree rule - which is when two characters in a scene stay in the same place- either left/right and don't swap over . the camera will always keep them on the same side.
we used this all the way through our piece

shot reverse shot - when two characters are talking we see both their faces and it cuts between them - its used in editing

match on action - also used in editing - we used this when Alice walks through the door, as she presses down on the handle it cuts
