Our USP

our unique selling points for Opposites:
  • we have a male protagonist -which most teen films don't

  • its relatable - we have the stereotypical groups of people you would have at a NORMAL school (like footballers and large groups of friends)

  • it set in the uk - most teen angst films are set in America at big overcrowded high schools where as ours is set in the UK

  • its light hearted and comedic - its enjoyable to watch and as our target audience is teens they can, to some extent predict what's going to happen.

  • our film tells a different perspective of the teen genre - the really shy girl and the popular boy- its unlikely paring but an underlying message in our film is to just be yourself. We've already broken the usual theme of having a girl as the protagonist, and in teen films you always have STEROTYPICAL groups of people - in real life you dont always have stereotypical groups of people - there just normal - and i wanted to carry that into our production.
